(7 day avg. 170.7 ^ .6) Okay. There's no way this is fat gain, so I'm not going to worry about it. (It's not all muscle either, obviously.) I think my body has hit its stride and I'm back into a waivering weight situation. I was surprised that there was another gain today, but given the math, it's something other than fat gain. *Phew* Finally calming down. :)

I know its hard not to stress about it but everything I have read says to wait at least two weeks before making any adjustments. I know that you know what your doing. I think your on the right track. Adjustments are easy to make, just dont make too many too quickly. Keep up the good work bud!

I agree. It's only 100 cals. That should still be 150 to 200 cals over maintenance - perhaps more. I started bulk on the first, so I'm comfortable with the minor decrease in cals.

Hey, good luck @NM! This has got to be a bit nerve-wracking right now. I'd be on pins-and-needles, myself. Let us know how it turns out.

Wifey made another one. It's in the freezer downstairs. :( "Bruce.... Burce." Yeah! Can you hear it too?

What's in your fridge and freeze, Rob? Maybe we can live vicariously off each others food? I'll tell you, that stuff is like sin on a plate!
