Good news the replacement lawn mover battery arrived as promised and was duly charged. The grass was dry but very long so the mower had to be set to it's highest setting for it's first cut - Today I will have to go over it all again at a lower setting and also a strim round the edge is needed. There is plenty of other things to do in the garden so the bulk of my day will be outside.

Following seeing our daughter last week our son is planning on driving down to see us from Oxfordshire for an overnight stay on Monday - It's eight months since we have seen him so that's something nice to look forward to.
The larger fitness mat turned up It's an under equipment type one so is thinner and harder and a lot better for kettle belling.

I have been struggling to keep my protein percentage at about 25% and last night I had to resort to eating a whole tin of tuna on it's own for supper just to bring the protein proportion up to 24%.

Today I'm planning a jog/walk plus my now normal Kettlebell sessions also I'm hoping to knock up a DIY step to give me some new options for exercising.
