Hi Jasonschofield1's, firstly putting weight on is extremely easy in my case. Shame you have put some on. But look where you have gone wrong and you can and will adjust your self on track again. If I can do it any one can as my tooth is very sweet, I eat loads of chocolate and jam and sweet sauces, etc but I sometimes don't ✋. But when I continue to control my self I do well. I admit it's very hard but worth all the effort in the end. Good luck Jason, ps are you related to Philip Schofield from the telly, if youvlive in England you'll know who I mean. Merry Mel 🤩
