4 - 1/2 pints of beer consumed at the beer festival obliterated yesterdays calorie deficit.
However a very good time was had. Having pretty much stopped drinking beer at home for a bout a year I not too surprisingly have a slight headache this morning and feeling a little fragile.
A very lazy day is called for.

I have ordered a larger exercise mat and my home gym is completed for now.

Just two weigh in's left in the month I still hope to make 78.5Kg I plan to collect a large deficit today to help.
There are some left over cake and flapjacks in tins at home temping me. I hope I can resist all of them.
