Goal!!!! 24.2% BF. Still could stand to lose a couple lbs of fat but don’t yet know whether I want to focus on strength or weight loss

Reached my goal today too, yeah! 22.5% estimated body fat, also a bit high, but I'm not going to obsess about it. Now comes the maintenance...
