The first week of using kettle bells is now complete. It was Joe Wicks beginner 15 minute full body KB exercises. I completed this twice each day. Mostly with a 6Kg KB but ending with 8kg. Additionally whist still warm after each session I had been running up house 13 step stairs x12. Including warm ups each day this activity has totalled 45 minutes. Also in the last week I have been jogging every other day and usually a long walk in the days I don't jog. Time wise It's averaging two hours of exercise a day and has been easy to fit in at the moment.

It's a commitment for sure but seems worth it when you look in the mirror and no longer think "disaster zone".
My initial expectation for this diet was simply lose weight but now I want more than that and to be properly fit as well.
After this weeks significant increase in activity the only muscles I have that are slightly achy are my calves -They are now definitely due a few days rest.

For Kettlebell exercises this coming week some changes planned I will be trying a free phone app called Fitify - and attempting to increase sets to 2 x 20 minutes each day. Concentrating only on my upper body and no running up the stairs work afterwards.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
