So I gained a little, as it is so microscopic it could be anything from water weight to muscle gain.

Usual 1 and 1/2 hour squash session now happy weekend all
111.4 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
