Yesterday was just fourth day of decreased daily deficit it's now down to 720 calories plus me using gym kettlebells and generally increasing exercise. Whilst my body fat %age measurement and weight is static at 27.6% and 80.6Kg my shorts felt very loose this morning and my belt material overhang metric shows a better than 25mm reduction in my waist. My body shape appears to be changing and the leap of faith that I took with gym exercises really seems to be paying off quicker than I expected.

I have modified the gym exercises a little to simplify things and have been doing two routines that a day that include a 5 minute warm up, simple kettle bell then in addition and whilst I'm still warm 12x runs up the our 13 stairs. Each routine takes me about 22 minutes. This is in addition to my normal and mostly daily walking sessions.

Yesterday actually my walk was a jog delighted that for the first time in over four years that I have jogged 5Km it is very hilly where I live - The first 2K is a daunting mostly steep uphill effort and times are obviously slow.

It's very foggy outside at he moment but I plan to get a walk in at some point. Also I need to research replacing a ceramic hob that has just developed a large crack across it. At first glance the cutout in the work surface is not a standard size.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
