While I have been getting a lot of exercise for the past few weeks, I have not been eating well. I can never seem to get all the parts working at the same time. I really need to start tracking my food daily--I have really slacked off at that.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
