Dropped down to 17 stone 7 lbs exactly, I think this week was a smaller loss due to muscle gain if I am honest. I've been under calories each day but have been exercising each day cycled most days and lifted weights on the other.
Onwards and downwards, off to my 1 and 1/2 hour squash session
