A total rest day yesterday (4810 steps) and I managed to keep my calories very low(1152) and in line with my exercise level. Didn't sleep well and weighed in very early at 5.15AM.

Today I'm planning a long walk and hoping to manage around a 1000 calorie deficit for the day.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
