Last night I had a restless sleep. I know I will pay for it later today but I will try to keep pushing forward. It happens every now and then. Yesterday I ate "Well" at 102% of my calorie goal, far exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 726 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // missed Sleep Goal
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
