At least I didn’t gain again. My uncle and his wife came over and I had two slices of pizza. For some reason I have a hard time convincing myself to have only one. But we had fun.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
