Yesterday I ate "Well" at 103% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 334 kcal deficit // BF↑0.3% // Sleep Goal met
68.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you plan on going to bed by 10:30 or 10:45 to get your 8 hours or 7 hours of sleep, no blue light after 10:00 ...no exercise after 10:00. Want to be in a relaxed state for sleeping. But of course, you know that!!
