Hi Mel. I'm sure you won't bore me at all 😊 I have had a rubbish 2021 and for the first time in 15 years put weight on (previously lost 6 1/2 stone which I managed to maintain). So as my 50th is fast approaching, I decided I needed to get on top of my bad eating habits and get back to a weight I feel comfortable at. Finding this app has been a revelation and the support is brilliant.

Merry Mel, it's in December. I also have a 4 year old (almost 5) who I need to be able to keep up with. 🙈

Hi Webbo, you can do this. I'm shutting up now as I have put on. So please don't follow me weight wise. Hope your Sundsy is a good one. I expect having a young child is hard food wise I've been there. You eat there left overs. If they leave a lot put in a microwave box and eat later or put it in the fridge it will keep. If there is enough left over freeze it. Good luck. Try not to eat left overs. Mery Mel.
