Oh no; I have an unplanned weight loss today after noting yesterday how well my weight had been holding steady. More calories, please... Yesterday I did some yard work. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1288 kcal deficit//BF↓0.4%// Sleep Goal met

Getting a little far from your goal weight. Sweat loss!? 😁 What an interesting concept to have to make sure you eat enough! I know you have already worked so hard and conquered the eating too much!
