just done a 3 week experiment... have eaten reasonably normally. ie going our for meals a few beers .. not weighing food etc. I put on at one point 7lbs... then back on diet to get back down to 181lbs same as starting weight.... when I divide the number of calories by number of days I get 1350... I'm going to say this would be my average daily calories to maintain my weight... seems low as they say a man requires 2200.. what do you all think... I think that for me an average of 1350 is very doable..
82.1 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, the figures don't lie but 1350 seems low. I would be losing weight at that for sure.
