Had one of those days yesterday where I only wanted to eat bad food, but I kept the calories in check so didn't work out too bad. Back on it today though!
117.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
