Got in a run and a nice little hike yesterday. There were a lot of bugs out but I’m still glad I went. Wow that’s 4 lbs down in a week after a few weeks of stalling
61.7 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
