Doing interment fasting and whole food eating, lots of water and HITT exercise. Weight is just falling off. I have autoimmune, looked up how to control and IT/paleo diet was recommended along with exercise to relieve stress. Honestly it was hard to get started, but once I did I feel so much better. I will never go back..
94.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I too have autoimmune issues. I watch what I eat, no dairy for me. That helps alot! Exercise has been a Godsend for me. When I stop I get really sore in my hips and joints. Keep doing what works for you and always research! 👍👍
