Must be doing something right, body fat has decreased slightly and weight has dropped quite a bit. Good bit of reduced water weight which I can actually see and because of reduced water weight, my overall flexibility has improved. Improved over brick-like quality anyway...
117.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
