well steped on the scale 3 times the first time said 290 then the next two times it said 289 hope my new scales are not messing up allready well keeping with it think this is the first time i have
131.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
