I’m not even sure what is going on?? I’ve had a sickness bug this week so been off my food, but prior to that been exercising well 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ who knows! Just feel a tad unfair with this amount of gain!! X x

Hi, if you’ve been sick the last week, it will just be water weight, when we are sick, our water weight increases, to carry the white blood cells around the body quicker to get to the area inflamed, so don’t worry about it.

Thank you 😊 I’ve just put my favourite jeans on and they go on fine, so the extra weight must be water! I’m feeling better although annoyed at myself how a bunch of numbers can change my mood 😡 x x
