I’m not a breakfast person and only have coffee in the morning. Any tips for a good slimming breakfast?
104 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

fruit and yoghurt is nice too and very handy if you don't want to waste too much time cooking or preparing it
