Yesterday we had my Sister-in-law's funeral and repast. At the repast, there was a huge amount of food and too many desserts. There were a lot of choices from which to choose. I didn't have any problem building my plate. I should have eaten more but it would have been outside my time window for eating. I ate under goal, but missed my protein goal and did not meet all activity goals. 734 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // Sleep Goal barely missed
68.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

So sorry about losing your sister-in-law. You kept to your goals really well, considering the circumstances. Some days it's okay to give yourself a break from staying on track, like Shrew said.
