My good news is I am not diabetic the Drs say though i am still at risk so i still need to keep doing what I have been doing
Thankyou all that surported me this app has helped me so much but its the people who make it work x
87.0 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
