Much lower weigh in after that extreme little diet. I'm still 300 calories below maintenance, but was expecting a bigger jump from the carbs. Still expecting a few more pounds before I stabilize before my bulk. Morning, fatsecret peeps.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It feels great, but still in the back of my mind is the thought 'don't eat too much' which is a good thought. Going to maintenance before I go to a surplus for weight lifting is my way of confirming that I have this under control. Thanks, Buffy.
