so o e reason ive been on a diet is they said pre covid i was in the diabetic spectrum I go tomoz for blood tests to see where i am now i know long way to go still but hope enough they say im ok
87.3 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
