I overate a little and am suffering the consequences. I am frustrated, I almost stopped when I should have but then didn’t. Today is a new day though. I am taking my sweet time to get to my goal lol!
63.7 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
