A slight overnight uptick in weight of no concern. That's because I was a bit sneaky yesterday for my End Of Month weigh in as I got up early went for a five mile walk then weighed myself at 7.30AM - I call it a best practice for those meaningful EOM weigh ins and good for a few hundred grams. if you are a sado and measure too many things like me EOM metrics are the important ones that stay on your spreadsheet! A bad habit carried over from a metrics based career.

I had a great day yesterday and got four or five nice presents and nice messages from my kids. Also I managed to include a lovely three course dinner and gin beer and wine in a 1300 calorie "feast" whilst keeping my fibre above 25g and keeping a healthy 850 calorie deficit.

Today if the weather holds out we are meeting up with some friends at a national trust garden in Cornwall.
so I might just struggle to get my normal exercise in but should be able to keep my calorie intake around 1500
