Yesterday the family and I had a wonderful time. I ate so much food that I passed up dessert. I ate "Poorly" at 114% of my goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 137 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% // Sleep Goal met...
With my lack of activity today, I expect a gain tomorrow. No worries...
