last journal entry was 225 days ago so this feels like a big jump. but i’m not going to let it get me down. the pandemic and loosing my job happened which doesn’t surprise me that i gained weight, i wasn’t focused on my size but the people around me. now that things have settled slightly and i’m starting a new chapter in my life (new job!) i want to get fit again. i’m eating more and exercising more and want to track both. :)
