Day 28 A 0.4 Kg drop most likely due my largest deficit so far of 1326 calories. I'm now a whisker away from a total of 7 Kg lost first months target all but done. In the last ten days there have been no up fluctuations of my weight readings that there were in the beginning and for that I am greatful.

Yesterday after a two day rest I attempted another hilly 5K jog, I purposely went a little slower but still my fitness band recorded a heart rate spike of 160 bpm inside the first ten minutes. This brought up a warning and did't reset until a more normal BP was recorded. This second run was an improvement on the 172 bpm reading that I got on my earlier effort! I now believe these to be true readings. Checking online about the high starting BP readings it looks like in the future I really need to complete a proper warm ups! If anyone here has similar spikes please take note! Below an example of what not to do.

Despite cutting down on eating meat I am still struggling to eat over 20g of fibre so after more googling I have ordered some rolled flaxseed to put on my breakfast cereal - That will add around 5g to my fibre totals.

It's a steady exercise day and I will be gardening today - Current produce are mange tout, broad beans, strawberries and tomatoes.
