Now I’m starting to think my scale is just broken hahaha! So many drops in just a few days. If it goes down another pound tomorrow I’m trading it in or seeing if there is another one around I can try for comparison. But for now I’ll just enjoy the number :)
62.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
