Slowly but surely getting to the next target of 61kg. I've been showing small increases in weight and then plateauing due to "naughty drinks" at the weekend but the way I see it is that I am still lighter than I used to be and I'm not going to beat myself up about enjoying. Life is for living😊
61.4 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
