Yesterday I ate "Well" at 108% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. 544 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // Sleep Goal met
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Ridemariel, I'm retired and that helps a lot. I struggle with sleep and have been putting in extra effort to get to bed at a reasonable time. My children are grown so I'm not raising a family but we do keep my Granddude during the week. He leaves at 6:15 and that gives us plenty of time to wind down before bed. Many of us are too busy these days to allow time for enough rest. I hope you get some soon...

@LISfifty, When I use the term "Well" it doesn't mean that I overate. I use "Well" to represent "Reasonably Well" or days that I ate a reasonable amount over my calorie goal. If I eat more than a hundred percent of my goal but less than 110% of my goal for a given day, I consider it eating "Well". Any calorie amount more than 110% I consider that as eating "Poorly". I'm not concerned at all when I eat "Well". I'm in maintenance and have to eat "Well" some days to prevent too much weight loss. My doctor prefers that I don't allow my body fat to get too low for a person my age. Today my body fat is 18.9%. That is a little lower than my doctor and I prefer. My bio list my calorie, protein and sleep goal. I know I can be a little anal but defining my calorie goal has help me stay on track...

Thanks John for that clarification! I totally misread that. I love that you understand your body so well, have a likeminded health professional and have really mastered maintenance! If your body fat is too low you can have some of mine😂. I am under goal weight, but carry a generous amount of fat, and to be fair; muscle. All the best!
