After my nan passing away and dealing with the after affects of covid I am disgusted at my weight gain I didn’t want to put this on here but I know no one is going to judge me i have been dealing with my emotions with food and alcohol and I just can’t do it anymore so here is to a new start getting fit and healthy and working on myself!
