I haven't been doing well. I gained some weight back, but I haven't been following any type of diet, so I'm not surprised.

I've also been stuffing myself with crisps, cake, and ice cream. It's like a predictable cycle with me. Stick to the diet, lose quite a few kilos, go crazy and gorge myself, gain all the weight back, and repeat!

I don't know how many times I've lost and gained 30 kgs or more. What can I do though, except to keep trying and hope that one time is the lucky time that I don't lose my willpower.
124.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 63.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i have naughty things but all low cal crisps icecream chocs sweets low cal makes me feel im not suffering but they still have to fit in my cals

don't b so hard on urself, it took years to build these habits so it's obvs it's going to take time to break them. I'm a bit of an emotional eater/grazer so I use Insight Timer app free from Google Play store and do meditations and self hypnosis for overeating and for self esteem&confidence and to de-stress,,I need to have my head 'in the zone' or its pointless,,,maybe u should give it a look, there's relaxing music, sleep sounds, talks&podcasts, something for everyone,,it might help 'break the cycle', hope u feel better soon ❤️🤗

don't be hard on yourself, I have today reached my goal.... set in Aug 2015, yep 2015 when I first used this app. Remember it's hard sometimes, just take the time and plan a few low calorie but filling meals. I love Bagna Cauda with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Look at meals that appeal to you. You can do this, take a drink of water and plan❤️👍🏻

You might find adding a bit of calories to your daily count. Maybe your body tries to say there is not enough to eat when you are on diet? That's just suggestion, you know your situation best.
