Well I’ve definitely been on a plateau this last 5 weeks. But my waist size is down another cm and my clothes are looser, so I do wonder if I’m adding some muscle this month. Feeling good.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 26.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
