I have been laying around since Friday and it's shows. Yesterday I ate barely under my calorie goal but because of my lack of activity, I actually ate "Poorly". I met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 66 kcal surplus // BF↑0.2 and is out of range // Sleep Goal met
69.3 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
