does anyone do spinning with some YouTube videos? could you please share videos with me and some advices to help me lose more fat with spinning :)

I do spinning at home. I don’t normally watch videos . I used to do it a lot at the gym so I know just put my own playlist together and cycle to the beat. That includes being seated, standing, power and speed 😊

Personally I find the videos help when I spin indoors, but I just search and do whatever comes up first 😂
