Day 1

Update - Getting my head right by planning my work.

Downloaded Tabata Timer app for my IPAD and connected it to a Bluetooth speaker and initiated a test...
Wife: "What the hell, you scared me half to death"
Cat: Took off like a bat out of hell.
Me: Yup, this will work

Bring it it outside to start the body transformation. Will mix up workouts with resistance bands, a kettlebell and dumbbells.

Aiming for a minimum of 3 total body workouts weekly rain or shine. Watching what and how much eat is a must.

One day at a time.
107.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
