Day 4
-4th day streak of getting on scale in morning -upswing of .8 lbs. since Friday morning which is very acceptable for a Monday -I will log foods mainly between Monday and Friday evening. (Started logging today 6/7/21)
I will focus on logging what I eat and I am hoping to get the scale to display 236.8 or less this Friday which will equate to a 1 lb. or greater than the Friday before.
If the number on the scale is not a minimum of 1 lbs. down on 6/11/21, I will log daily until I can get to a minimum of 1 lbs. loss per week, Friday to Friday, before I can go back to only logging Monday - Friday evening.
