I did well on exercise and eating yesterday but Rome wasn’t built in a day. Goals
(1) track sodium
(2) lower calorie limit
(3) increase exercise
(4) increase fun in exercise, doing things I love, like bicycle to the beach soon
Have a great day buddies.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
