I borrowed a exercise bike from my daughter 10 mins on kills me a slow build up and with my wobble machine means a half hour work out a day which is a lot for me my walking is upto with my new watch
89.8 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
