Seemed to hit a plateau for over a week with weight gain of 1kg after a fast which was not shifting. But the yesterday ..... goal weight. No just maintaining and increasing fitness with 'couch potato' triathlon 2nd March. Have reached pre- children weight so really happy, but even then felt bit over weight so may try to drop to just below 60kgs, but at the moment just enjoy this goal!
