I ate a bit too much yesterday. My friend wanted to take me out for a belated bday celebration and the only time we could make work was around 4. I was going to have maybe a 100 calorie drink and maybe some lettuce with lemon juice but she asked me to split the bang bang shrimp and I have a weakness for bang bang shrimp. Unfortunately they are high cal. Later that night I had a rice cake to tide me over until the next day. I have not sustained a loss this past week, fingers crossed I’ll do better next week.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
