I always have fluctuations up before the weight goes down again. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, seemingly given their timing but idk what. My fiancé made the most delicious veggie curry last night.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
