65K today. I have been intermittent fasting for about 2 months. I have lost about 5K. Now the weightloss has plateaud. I am 5'4" and have been slim'ish all my life. As I get older 60+ the weight goes on far more easily. I have decided I will not get fatter. Looking at my body there is an extra layer of fat, which has settled as a more or less even layer. It is this extra layer i want to shift.

The heart support has encouraged me. Thanks. I am surprised to search for Intermittent fasting on Diets, and find nothing on it! Am I the only person folowing this?! Anyways what has happened over the ,a st 3 or so months is my eating window is now from around 5pm till 8pm. And other than that I drink loads, water, one coffee, tea herbal or black, Almond Milk+, and that's about it. My appetite is good, but I cannot eat large portions, which was my problem before. Any others out there who have tried this method.?

Feeling good today. Up early and all jobs done, then 2 half hr workouts, one Arms n Abs the ither Yoga for Lifelong Strength. Next shower then eat. That means I have fasted since last night from 8pm until wpm, 16 hours. I am eating lunch, consisting of fresh olive bread from the local bakery, anthotiros cheese, olives, red pepper one Babybel cheese. With coffee and then a Plain yogurt. Dinner later
