Well I got my cbd this morning at the health food store so I had a much better day than yesterday. My sister is still being a meanie but with cbd I don’t have to let it bother me nearly as much and so I don’t feel as much urge to stuff those feelings with snacks and beer. I was so hungry today though that I thought I might overeat again anyway but I didn’t. I did strength training and a lot of house and yard work. I also tried the treadmill for the first time in a while, just as an experiment. Running outside in the Florida heat I have been astounded by how slow I am and how high my heart rate gets, even registering as “endurance training” while I slog along like a tortoise. Running indoors in the ac though I was able to go much faster and still only register as “warm up” on my fitness tracker. I’m pleased to know that it is the heat slowing me down and not my adrenal fatigue or a general lack of fitness. I’m pretty used to Florida heat, having grown up here, but I guess I don’t run well in it. As a child and young teen I used to run regularly and run races with my dad and I was a lot faster. I don’t know the temperatures but I was running much less in the heat of the day than I have been lately so I imagine it was cooler. Maybe I’ll go back to running on the treadmill again a couple miles or more a week. I stopped because of knee pain, but I’m now wearing much better shoes than when that happened. I made a delicious dinner of vegan fennel and garlic sausages with broccoli, carrots, ginger, garlic, lime, and bragg’s amino acids. Mmmm 😋 I’m not vegan but I used to be and still relish vegan food. have a good night p.s. also garlic stuffed olives for snack were sooo yummy
